Booking Terms & Conditions

• We encourage guests to pre-book tables by calling 01834 842507.  All reservations must be made by 6.30pm on the reservation day. 

• No deposits are taken at the time of booking, however full payment is taken 3 days prior to arrival.  Please note, payments for packages/offers are taken in full at the time of booking.   
• If you should cancel or amend your booking 3 days prior to arrival there is no charge.
• All prices are inclusive of VAT at current rate.
• All major credit / debit cards accepted including American Express
• Smoking within Giltar Hotel is illegal and a cleaning charge of £250 will be made to any person found to be smoking in their bedroom
• Dogs are not permitted in the hotel.
• We strongly recommend Holiday Insurance
• All terms apply as quoted in writing at the time of booking
• We would respectfully remind guests that a reservation constitutes a contract
• Prices are subject to change at any time

Please note that our car park can only accommodate 12 cars and is on a first come, first serve basis.  

There are a number of parking bays around the hotel, however please be aware that some of these have a time limit.

You will find a number of car parks within walking distance of the hotel.  Our reception team can advise on the most suitable option for your stay.

• Bedrooms are available from 3.30pm on the day of arrival however guests are welcome to arrive before this time and enjoy our views from our lounges. 
• Bedrooms are to be vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure

Off peak (October - March) 2023/2024 7 days per week, bed & breakfast

Peak midweek (April - September 2024) Sunday to Thursday, bed & breakfast

Peak weekend (April - September 2024) Friday & Saturday, bed & breakfast
