In January we completely refurbished the Bar and Function Room. If you knew the old bar you will be amazed at the changes we have made. The new lights, windows and paintwork make the bar so much brighter.
This winter, one of the first jobs for Linda, our designer, and Wayne, our builder, was to create a new ladies cloakroom. The result is a beautiful, modern looking cloakroom for ladies attending any function at the Giltar Hotel.

Yes it does snow in Tenby, but this has not stopped our programme of upgrading.

Welcome to the Federation of Master Builders who are returning to the Giltar this weekend October 23 – 25. They are holding their annual Dinner and presentation evening on Saturday October
On Wednesday October 7th the local fund raising committee for Ty Hafen Hospice organised a charity luncheon. Over 100 people attended and the raffle alone raised over £300.
Congratulations to Hayley and Peter who got married on Saturday 19/09/09 in Saundersfoot and held their wedding reception at the Giltar. What a fabulous day! Wishing you both good health and every happiness in future life together.

Spoil Yourself in the Cawdor Room
We are proud to announce that we have opened another of our deluxe rooms, called the Cawdor Room. Working with award winning designer, Linda Hunt of Meigan Design and Willow Carpentry of Tenby we have exposed the original 19th Century ceiling and cornice. This first floor balcony room has undergone extensive refurbishment including the fitting of a luxurious bathroom.
